Recorded courses

For recorded courses, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase. The seven-day window is measured from the purchase date.

Consulting appointments

You may cancel or reschedule a consulting appointment free of charge at least 24 hours before the appointment. This policy applies to consulting appointments only, not live training or workshops.

Late consulting cancellations may be rescheduled. Contact us about rescheduling your appointment.

Live training and workshops

Check the particular booking details for live training and workshops, and contact us about changes to your booking.

For purchases made through Nzmly, retain your receipt and review the conditions shown for the particular purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these policies.
