Information provided through the site
The contact form requests your name, email address and message, with an optional subject. Submissions are recorded using Google Sheets through Lovable's connector gateway and forwarded to mo@khairy.ai using FormSubmit so we can receive and respond to the inquiry.
The AI guide form requests your name, email address, WhatsApp number and profession. Its submission is stored in the Lovable Cloud database and is configured to be recorded in Google Sheets through Lovable's connector gateway. These details accompany your request for the guide.
The Story Generator access form requests your name and email address. The site is configured to record access submissions in Google Sheets. It also saves your name, email and access status in your browser's local storage so the access screen can remember you.
The Story Generator processes the text, instructions, settings and previous generated material you submit to generate or revise a story. The implemented generation service sends these inputs through Lovable's AI gateway to a Google Gemini model. Avoid including confidential or sensitive personal information in story inputs. Generated content can be inaccurate and should be checked before use.
The Session 1 learning activity records the participant's name, email, quiz score, percentage and completion information, including email-delivery status, in the Lovable Cloud database and is configured to record submissions in Google Sheets. Its digital-material delivery flow sends email through Gmail via Lovable's connector gateway; Resend is used as an email fallback only if it is configured. Other educational games store player names, scores, progress or preferences in the browser's local storage.
Course and service communications
We may use the email address and WhatsApp number you supply to send information about our courses and services. You may request that we stop marketing communications by contacting mo@khairy.ai.
Service providers and third-party links
The site uses Lovable hosting and related infrastructure, Lovable Cloud database and storage, Google Sheets, Google Drive for Session 1 presentation retrieval, Google Fonts and Google Analytics. The implemented Google Analytics tag loads when the site is opened. Analytics may process browser/device and usage information using cookies or similar technologies. See the Cookies and Local Storage page for the choices currently available in your browser.
In our business operations, we use GoHighLevel CRM to manage contact and customer information and communications, and Nzmly for course enrollment, delivery and checkout processing. These third-party services process information for those functions under their applicable terms and privacy notices. Course links can take you to our separate Nzmly storefront at mohamed-khairy.nzmly.com. Review the notices and purchase details there before submitting information or paying. External services such as WhatsApp, YouTube and social networks also have their own privacy notices when you visit them.
Retention, requests and browser choices
We retain personal information only as needed for service purposes and applicable legal obligations.
You can contact mo@khairy.ai to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Any applicable legal rights are unaffected by this notice. You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser; doing so may reset saved game progress, names or access preferences.
Children's personal information
We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact mo@khairy.ai.
